Babaganoush – Chatzillim

1 Eggplant
3 tsp Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder or 1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/8 tsp Black Pepper

1. Poke eggplant with a knife, in several spots around the eggplant
2. Place eggplant in a baking pan and bake at 350 for 2 hours
3. Cut eggplant in half and scoop out insides into a bowl
4. Mash eggplant (while still hot) and mix with mayonnaise and spices
optional: use a blender for a smoother texture

Broil Eggplant for 45 min
