Ingredients: Chicken cutlets Mayonnaise Breadcrumbs Cold cuts ie pastrami Italian Dressing   Directions: Cover shnitzel with mayonnaise and dip into breadcrumbs Roll shnitzel with pastrami and place in pan Pour Italian dressing over the whole thing (about 16oz for a 9×13 pan) Bake covered at 350 for a half hour
