Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 2/3 cup sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup dessert topping – unwhipped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- Mash the sweet potatoes
- add the other ingredients
- Pour intothe crust
- Top with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350* for onehour
