Ingredients:
- 3 squares semi sweet baking chocolate
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
- 1 chocolate pie crust
Directions:
- In double boiler, melt 1 square chocolate, set aside
- In bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and milk on medium until well blended
- Add melted chocolate, mix well
- Gently stir in whipped topping (already whipped), marshmallows and peanuts
- Coarsely chop remaining chocolate and stir into cream cheese
- Spoon into crust
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set
