Ingredients:
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 12 oz pareve chocolate (melted)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- caramelized nuts (as needed)
Directions:
- Combine ingredients by hand and refrigerate until stiff
- Work with small amount while keeping the rest refrigerated, roll into balls
- Roll in caremalized nuts
- Freeze until serving
