Cheese Balls


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 12 oz pareve chocolate (melted)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • caramelized nuts (as needed)

Directions:

  • Combine ingredients by hand and refrigerate until stiff
  • Work with small amount while keeping the rest refrigerated, roll into balls
  • Roll in caremalized nuts
  • Freeze until serving
