Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook all ingredients until sauce thickens, 5-6 minutes
- Remove from heat and cool slightly
- Spoon sauce over ice cream placed in pie crust
