Ingredients:
- 2 pie crusts
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Mix all together or blend with hand blender
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hr (slight browning on top)
- Add toppings and then refrigerate
