Easy and Light Cheesecake


Ingredients:

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
  • Mix all together or blend with hand blender
  • Pour into pie crust
  • Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hr (slight browning on top)
  • Add toppings and then refrigerate
