Roasted Vegetables


  • Butternut Squash
  • Sweet Potato
  • Carrot
  • Turnip
  • Parsnip
  • Beet
  • Red onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Basil


  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Spread on cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper
  • Spray pam on top
  • Bake on 350 for 45 minutes
