Blueberry Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  • Beat oil, sugar and egg
  • Combine dry ingredients
  • Alternate milk and dry ingredients to egg mixture
  • Add blueberries
  • Pour batter into 9×13 pan
  • Mix topping and pour onto cake
  • Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
