Roasted Peppers


Ingredients:

  • 4 peppersof various colors
  • 12 garlic cloves, whole
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  • Preheat ovent o 400
  • Line shallow pan with parchment paper
  • Cut peppers into strips and place in pan with garlic and olive oil
  • Roast pepper until edges are blackened and garlic is tender, about 15-20 minutes
