Ingredients:
- 4 peppersof various colors
- 12 garlic cloves, whole
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat ovent o 400
- Line shallow pan with parchment paper
- Cut peppers into strips and place in pan with garlic and olive oil
- Roast pepper until edges are blackened and garlic is tender, about 15-20 minutes
