Roasted Vegetables


Ingredients

  • Red pepper
  • Yellow pepper
  • Zucchini
  • Onion
  • Portabello mushroom
  • 1.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  • Chop vegetables
  • Mix dressing and toss with vegetables
  • Bake at 375 for 20 min
