Ingredients:
- 1 lb linguine noodles
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp rice vinegar
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 6 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1-2 tsp crushed hot pepper flakes
- 3 scallions
- Pinch of sesame seed
Directions:
- Cook the linguine
- Cook rest of the ingredients, besides scallions and sesame seeds, in a pot on medium and bring to a boil
- Pour sauce over the noodles
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions
