Stuffed Shells


  • 12 oz jumbo shells
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar marinara cheese
  • Extra mozarella cheese


  • Cook shells
  • Mix all ingredients besides marinara sauce and parmesan cheese
  • Stuff cooked shells with cheese mixture
  • In 9×13 pan layer sauce, shells, sauce, mozarella cheese, shells, sauce, parmesan cheese
  • Bake covered on 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted
