Blueberry Sauce for Ice Cream


  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon


  • In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook all ingredients until sauce thickens, 5-6 minutes
  • Remove from heat and cool slightly
  • Spoon sauce over ice cream placed in pie crust
