Sweet Lokshin Kugel


  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4.5 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Less than a tsp pepper
  • 12 oz thin noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil


  • Boil first 5 ingredients besides noodles
  • Add noodles and let stand 12-15 minutes
  • Add eggs, brown sugar and oil and let stand 10-15 minutes
  • Pour into 9×13 pand and bake at 350 for 1 hour
