Peanut Butter Layered Ice Cream


  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup coffee whitener
  • 1 10oz whip


  • Mix peanut butter with sugar by hand until crumbly
  • Pour 3/4 into pie crust
  • Mix vanilla pudding with coffee whitener, pour over crumbs and freeze until firm
  • Beat whip and spread on top
  • Sprinkle with remaining crumbs
