Ingredients:
- Chicken cutlets
- Mayonnaise
- Breadcrumbs
- Cold cuts ie pastrami
- Italian Dressing
Directions:
- Cover shnitzel with mayonnaise and dip into breadcrumbs
- Roll shnitzel with pastrami and place in pan
- Pour Italian dressing over the whole thing (about 16oz for a 9×13 pan)
- Bake covered at 350 for a half hour
