Shnitzel with Italian Dressing


  • Chicken cutlets
  • Mayonnaise
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Cold cuts ie pastrami
  • Italian Dressing



  • Cover shnitzel with mayonnaise and dip into breadcrumbs
  • Roll shnitzel with pastrami and place in pan
  • Pour Italian dressing over the whole thing (about 16oz for a 9×13 pan)
  • Bake covered at 350 for a half hour
