Meringue Drops


  • 12 egg whites
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt



  • Preheat oven to 275°.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Gradually add sugar and salt.
  • Pour in large Ziploc bag.
  • Seal bad and snip small hole in one corner,
  • Squeeze out meringues and place on cookie sheets.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes.

Yield: 60 drops
